Before one answers that question, one must however answer
the more important question which is - ‘Should you go for MBA?’
While the answer to the latter one seems to be a simple
choice among three option – Yes, no and depends. The most easily and readily
chosen option is usually ‘Depends’.
But what does it depend upon? To begin with, it depends on
whether you are inclined towards pursuing a management career in the glorified
corporate world or do you intend to set up your own business and face the
rising tides alone.
Incidentally, you need an MBA degree in both instances! For
different reasons and ends though.
For a management career in the corporate world, an MBA
degree would greatly enhance your chances of proving your worth to a

an existing business, an MBA degree may not seem to be worth spending the money

manner during the challenges and hardships you’ll face in establishing a new
business or learning the ropes of an existing business. But an MBA course
equips you with the knowledge and the second-hand experience of challenges
faced and a theoretical understanding of the obstacles and issues that one
comes across while starting a business.
While ‘second-hand knowledge’ does sound quite disheartening
and demeaning, we must realize that what we learn from those experiences and
discussions on case studies in a B-school, can be applied across certain
situations to power through problems and challenges faced in the real business
scenario. A Masters in Business Administration helps you prepare for what’s out
there and provides very useful and interesting insights into the real world and
the decisions taken by powerful leaders and business icons. This knowledge can further
be used to bring about innovative changes and make processes and procedures
more efficient.
The realization is now sinking in among various professions
that the knowledge gained from an MBA course is far more than just a few
gimmicks to survive in the corporate world. The roads from all professions such
as medicine, law and engineering are converging towards MBA as a final
destination and a route to climbing successfully the last and the top most rung
of knowledge and professional complacency.

for MBA ?
The answer is simple. It because an MBA course is not just the study of administration and management in the business world but it is an all-consuming must-have experience which prepares you not as a manager but as a complete man who is in-charge of all his mental faculties and is empowered by the knowledge and experiences of the leaders past as well as present. An MBA course triggers the process of constant learning and analyzing information with the sole purpose of enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of your actions.
